ALLBLQ Returns Policy

At ALLBLQ, we take pride in the quality and presentation of every garment we produce. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Inspection on Arrival

When your order arrives, please take a moment to carefully inspect the garment as soon as you remove it from the packaging. If you notice any issues, please contact us straight away so we can resolve the problem quickly.


Return Window

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, garments must:

- Be unworn and unused

- Be free from damage, marks, or alterations

- Be returned in their original condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the garment shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery.


Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, we will offer either:

- A full refund, or

- A replacement item, depending on your preference and stock availability.


Important Notes

- Items returned outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.

- We recommend returning items securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
